Healthy (and easy to do) breakfast

Hi! Here is a thing that I've been doing for a while and decided to share . As I always have to wake up early and go to work, I don't have much time to prepare a healthy breakfast every day.

Just buy some fruits, cut them in pieces, mix everything and put them in some plastic bowls. To keep the nutrients longer, put them in the freezer. The night before you have it. You can put that one bowl in the refrigerator.

In this picture I used:
- Peaches;
- Plum;
- 1 smashed papaya;
- 1 squeezed lemon;
- 3 full spoons of chia or linseed;
- 2 spoons of coconut oil.

So before I go to work, I just get my bowl from the refrigerator and add some oat and a little bit of granola and voilá! :)

I'm not an specialist, but it works well with me.
