So let's talk about the Caribbean region of Colombia and my trip to San Andres. Gorgeous beaches and cheap prices.
The city of San Andres is not very organized and some places inside the city are not very beautiful. But the beaches can really take your breath away.
We stayed in Posada Miss Mazie em La Loma, it's cheaper than the hotels close to the beach and it's very clean, the ladies from the Posada made us feel home and they speak really good english. As well we could watch the sunset close from the church on the top of the island (there are mosquitos at this time, so be prepared). In spite of the Posada Miss Mazie being a bit far away from the main touristic points, there are busses to every touristic points and on the first day the ladies from the Posada helped us to rent a moto (with good price, and motos are faster then the golf cars).
After the first day going around the island by moto and stopping where we wanted, the following days we did boat trips(two days), and the days we had left we went back to the places that we liked more, like West View, Piscinita, Aquario... Check the captions of the pics to see where I've been there.
If you like to buy things, San Andres Centre is a great deal. You can buy brand glasses, bags, perfurms, drinks for sometimes half price. Really good!
